I’m Damar Hill, the proud owner of CALIFORNIA CONCEPTS. I look forward to sharing my story. I hope that you will enjoy getting to know me better.
Growing up, I was always interested in entrepreneurship and passionate about helping others. So after graduating from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs, I got straight into the business and established CALIFORNIA CONCEPTS a little over seven years ago.
Today, though we still face challenges, our growth is exponential, and opportunities for our people have increased vastly.
My favorite part of my work is spending time and developing others. When one of our team members succeeds, we all succeed as a whole. My business philosophy is “More input equals more output.”
Why I’ve been successful
As an individual, my ability to create an environment where my people thrive sets me apart from others. At CALIFORNIA CONCEPTS, we strive to maintain a family-first climate built on trust and accountability.
I attribute my success to my competitive nature, hard work, and never say die attitude.
Watching young people grow into managerial roles has indeed given me immense satisfaction over the years.

I enjoy basketball and spending time with my family when I am not at work.
